Civics Practice FI is an independent practice tool. It is not produced, endorsed or approved by the Finnish Immigration Service (Maahanmuuttovirasto, Migri), the University of Helsinki or any other authority. Our questions are not the official citizenship test (kansalaisuuskoe) questions.
The official learning material, the number of questions, the time limit and the pass mark had not been published when this material was written. Our mock exam uses practice settings that may differ from the real test. Always check official information at migri.fi.
The questions are written from public sources, and each one cites and quotes its source. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee it, and laws and facts change. Passing our practice tests does not guarantee passing the official test or receiving citizenship.

Purchases are made through Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record: it is the seller for the transaction, takes the payment, charges and pays VAT, and issues your invoice or receipt. Questions about a payment, invoice or refund can go to us or to Dodo Payments' support. Business (B2B) invoicing is not offered by Civics Practice FI itself; any invoice comes from Dodo Payments.
EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you then lose the right of withdrawal. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments.
Your license is personal. Do not share or resell keys or copy the question bank. We may deactivate keys that are clearly shared publicly.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Please contact us first. Consumers may also take a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi). This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
